Not in the Testing the Waters phase.  Once enough interest in the Project has been achieved, if you have “voted” for the film, you will be invited to invest after all of the proper filings have been made with the SEC.

No we are only seeking potential investment in the Projects such that you would be a shareholder of the company that owns the Project.

We will have complete information on each investment once the interest is confirmed and filings have been made with the SEC, FCA and other governing bodies throughout the world.  Our goal is to make the investments open to as many people as possible by keeping the minimum offering as minimal as possible.
